Sizing Guide

Platter for 6 people – serves only 6 people – meaning 6 bites per person. Total bites 36
Platter for 12 people – serves only 12 people – meaning 6 bites per person. Total bites 72.
Platter for 18 people – serves only 18 people – meaning 6 bites per person. Total bites 108.
The exception to this is the sweet platter as it has only 5 bites per person.
Please remember these are cocktail bites, so 5 or 6 bites per person will not fill a person up. Best is to decide how many total bites per person you need for your event/ meal or snack.
Lets say, its replacing lunch and you need 6 savoury bites, 6 meaty bites and 5 sweet bites per person – then you would need to order 3 platters – savoury snack platter, meaty snack platter and a sweet platter- the size would depend on your number of people. If you are catering for 15 people then it is best to order a savoury and meaty and sweet platter for 18 people.

For snack boxes the same applies. It is 5 to 6 bites per person per box unless otherwise stated on product description.
